My experience was frustrating and didn't live up to the service I've come to expect from Denooyer. It would have been better for me if the shuttle service wasn't offered to pick me up after my car was ready since I waited over an hour and the communication to me was very poor and then the person they sent got lost and didn't know his way around. I spent over 15 minutes in the cold trying to direct him to the right building. I also got no apology or acknowledgement that this was a frustrating situation. I was then late for dinner with my family.
Don’t need to contact me. I was put off by the complete lack of listening to my concerns or the reason I was there. Did not listen to how I was paying for the service using an extended warranty and when I tried to check out they were confused. I thought the oil change was expensive and afterwards a service tire monitoring system light came on. And I will not return for service. Thank you
Check engine light is still on ??????? This was the main reason I brought it in !

I decided after moving an hour and a half away and another Chevrolet dealership is 5 min away that I would continue going to Denooyer in Holland for any of my service...
