My experience from start to finish was pretty horrible. I spoke with Mr. Denooyer and am awaiting how (if possible) this will be corrected.

i cannot stand the texting back and forth. i want to talk to a person, not text. what takes 20 min in texting, it can be done in 5 min over the phone.

Everyone was very helpful and I got the car back fast.
Bought a vehicle 4 months ago and now I need 400 dollar brake pads. Service advisor stated they barely passed inspection when the vehicle was sold to us. That is unacceptable and will be escalating this situation. I just spent so much on this vehicle to have to replace an expensive part 4 months in is ridiculous.
I’m happy with the upgrades to communication DeNooyer made to their service system. I’m also happy that the team has more flexibility to scheduling my simple oil changes because before I would have to wait a week. I found the attitude and approach of the service team also improved. Thanks for continuing to make my experience better.
