Everyone from used car sales to loans to service department were wonderful! Very interested in my needs and my thoughts when there was a problem with the SUV! The service department took my input & found the problem & fixed it in a timely manner! They were also great with meeting my needs for the loaner car! Very pleased with my experience! Definitely price gouged by your company. You knew I was in a bind and took advantage of that by price gouging. Your estimate was approximately three times the amount charged by others. You thought I had no place else to go. Rather than help me and charge a fair price, you tried to take advantage of me. Therefore, I had it towed to a certified mechanic who is doing all brakes lines for a fraction of the price you quoted. Of course it’s no surprise that you charged me the top price quoted for the diagnostic. You took full advantage of the difficulty I was going through. My wife just had breast cancer surgery and we are at our lowest point. I hope you sleep well knowing that. Rest assured I will share my experience with everyone I encounter.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to assist in my situation this week. Unfortunately, a situation that could get no worse, now has my truck with a dead battery and another hour of my time sacrificed at your dealership. With my kids in the truck, had I turned in the loaner vehicle when paying, we would have been stranded.
I’m absolutely the most unluckiest Chevrolet owner or just another customer at your dealership; I hope it’s not the latter but cannot be certain. I do again appreciate your time and willingness to listen to me last week. Your loaner vehicle was an immensely appreciated gesture as well. My family and I are extremely grateful for that. Despite that gesture, this last incident will almost certainly sever our patronage.
I wish you good luck with 2021 and I hope that your other customers never experience my experience. I will not publicly post a review, will not go out of my way to share my experience, but if asked, will recount it.

Jessie was very nice, but...... on Monday I made an appointment for service on my car at 10:45. My car wasn’t looked at until after 2pm.
It took 4.5 weeks and did not get one phone call from Jesse explaining the hold up. Kim finally jumped in and took over and called to let me know what the hold up was. Jesse is terrible and Kin does an excellent job. She knows what the words customer service means
