I appreciate the fact that you can lend loaners out and nice service, my only complaint is that I didn't get a rough estimate or the price be told before the work was done I got told after it was done and the price was to expensive. My fiance even looked up online on how much a rim would cost both new and used and none of them came up to 200 some dollars that's kinda ridiculous and I'm slightly unsatisfied.

Drop off and pick up were both not enjoyable. Too much standing around and no one helping, greeting, or guiding me... given the fact I was given or had to make a drop off time/appointment. Liked the text message that the work was started and finished. upon pick up the paperwork/invoice was not accurate (2nd time this has happened to us). No one went through the repairs or details or thanked me for choosing to use DeNooyer service. Just take your invoice and give me your money. It wasn’t awful but surely not polished nor what I would expect from a dealership.... but then again maybe it is just to big and too many people use the service department to make the experience more personable.

Excellent service!! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We’re stopped in to schedule an appointment and was surprised to have it fixed on the spot. Always a great experience when we’re there!!

The staff and tech have been great to work with. The car is still not shifting correctly. The tech did ride with me and saw the issue. He suggested that I drive it a few days to see if the problem clears up. I will be bringing it back next week if it doesn't.

As I shared with Jesse, when I called to make the appointment, the woman who “helped” me seemed exasperated, didn’t explain anything, and seemed like O was a bother. Jesse was quite lovely to work with, but when I came back to get my vehicle, I wasn’t greeted when I came in, so I went to the service check out. I was told the keys were in it and it was somewhere on the west side of the building. When I couldn’t find it, I came back to the service department and had to knock on the door . At that point I was helped, and Jesse did apologize profusely. He offered me his card to book future service appointments. In looking at my paperwork when I got home, I wasn’t given the vehicle inspection checklist which is frustrating. In the ten years I’ve been a loyal customer, I have never had an experience like this. If it had been my first experience, it would have also been my last.
