Seems to be something very fishy going on. I wish we could get to the bottom of what is happening with my jeep. I specifically question the actual delivery process last week when it was initially dropped off. As its very troubling to me.
I felt it was speedy and overall happy with my experience!
The maintenance service was preformed in a timely manner.

Work was done well, but when I arrived to pick up in the next morning, my keys couldn’t be found then we realized that the truck was left unlocked with the keys left in it all night. Just another note the lady that helped me and was very apologetic about the situation and she said she was going to talk to who was involved. I don’t know her name but her concern was very appreciated and I will return for future service.

Contacted that technician may have left sensor disconnected. I have to bring vehicle back to the service department on Friday.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had to return my vehicle. On a previous visit a technician forgot to put my spare tire on and left the cabling system dragging on the pavement.
Didn't see Peyton at all, but everyone else was very helpful! Cody was especially great, and I love that he sent a video to explain what he saw. Thanks so much!

The staff was wonderful! I was so impressed how they took
care of us when our care broke down. The part was in the next
day! The best part was that they let us take a loaner car home
3.5 hours away and then offered to come to our home in Chicago
to swap the car saving us so much valuable time.
Over all experiences was good start to finish.
Very happy with the service department they took the time to
get my car ready sooner then expected and then they showed
me what should be done next too fix it and they were
nice and they told me a price very happy and would
highly recommend this place
They are just an awesome team!
