Before performing any repairs the customer should know whether it’s going to be covered they the warranty or it’s going to be paid out of pocket. Then the customer can decide if they’ll go ahead with the repair. Not after it’s done and then pay whatever the service department wants to charge.
Had to wait a long time after service was done. Car was sitting in parking lot and notified it was done .
The first appt I made, I received a call saying there was not a loaner available after I had texted my license/proof of ins. to have loaner car ready in a more timely manner. The second appt, I received a call saying the parts were not available for my recall fix 45 min before my appt. The third appt I confirmed via text my loaner car would be available and ready to go. When I got to my appt, they couldn’t find my appt & loaner car wasn’t ready. I initialed bunch of documents for loaner, got into the car and it smelled like smoke inside. Walked back to service to notify them of this. The young woman was snippy & short with me through the entire process.

Eric got me in very quickly and Chris who worked on my vehicle did an amazing job!.... definitely will be returning soon for my transmission work.
All aspects of my service were exceptional.
There were some lapses in communication which caused me to find out my truck was going to be held until the following day. I did not find this out until after 5:00 and I had to call. This caused me to inconvenience others for rides to and from work. The team has responded well after this initial breakdown. Special thanks to Evan Peterson for his help.

Eric was very nice throughout the process no complaints!! My only complaint would be the fact i stood in the service garage I even wonder to the window without being acknowledged by the lady that was there even though we made eye contact a few times. It bothered me because a older man walked right in she acknowledged him and help point him in the right direction still I stood waiting until I finally said excuse me I’ve been standing here! She gave an excuse she thought I was the daughter of another customer which from the time I enter I never saw that customer only older white females coming and going getting acknowledged by her! Outside of that Eric did a Terrific job answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process 5 starts for him!!!!!
Eric and Jason the mechanic went above and beyond to help me and are still keeping me updated on when GM will have a fix. Very happy with these two guys.
