Once again I had the pleasure of working with Peyton and she makes it totally worth the trip from Hudsonville! She greeted me and promptly had a loaner vehicle ready while my car was being worked on. She kept in touch with me on the progress of my vehicle and as soon as it was ready for pick up, I received a text with my total. As a busy mom of two little boys, Peyton makes the inconvenient car troubles no big deal. I will continue to service my vehicles at DeNooyer and she truly is the reason why! I know it’s a team effort but I have to give her a major shout out because I so appreciate her patience, communication, knowledge and thoroughness. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
I have never had an issue with the quality of the service provided by anyone at DeNooyer Holland. But it was very difficult to choke down nearly $100.00 for an "oil change and tire rotation." This just is not reasonable to me and will most likely force me to take my business elsewhere for this basic maintenance. Covid has cost me my job and made things very difficult to cover even a "basic" service like this.

They have the best customer service I have ever witnessed. My Suburban blew a transmission cooling line and I was broken down across the street from them. Martin **** overheard my story and had 8 guys push it right into a already busy repair shop. They got it fixed and had me on my way in about an hour and even cleaned up the engine compartment from about 5 qts of transmission fluid. . I was stranded in another city from home and they made my bad day a great one. I can’t thank them enough for outstanding customer service.

Grease all inside the wheel well. Looks like someone was trying to grease a fitting and didn’t make a good connection. Please clean up any mess you make when servicing a vehicle. It’s harmless but annoying. The rest of the work was done well.
Bonnie is super friendly and I enjoy having conversation with her whenever I drop off a vehicle. Always informative and helpful.

Scheduling needs to be improved. I was scheduled for 8:30 AM on Monday. Was told at that time they we working on Friday vehicles. Had to leave car overnight. Never had to do that anywhere before!!
