Everything was great. Bonnie (service representative) was very understanding and keep us informed of what was going on. We came in with one problem, and as it was being fixed the technician found we had another problem. Bonnie called me immediately and got my OK to repair the second problem. Parts had to be ordered. Bonnie keep me informed of what was going on either with phone calls or text messages. She is a great service representative. If I need any additional services in the future I will be back.

I’ve brought my vehicle to you guys for sometime now it seems to take quite a while to get my vehicle back. Which is why I insisted on getting a loaner. You had it 7 days this time. The communication on the front end could have been better. I had to call several times initially before I got a response and update on the status of my vehicle. Although I loved driving the Bolt, it really limited what I could do for work this week and my range. I cover from South Haven to a Battle Creek to Ludington....
