This was my very first experience with Kruse Ford. I brought my car in because I needed an air bag replacement (it was a recall). I first called and was told they needed to order the part in, which I understand. I was told they would call me back when the part came in. I waited two weeks and no one had returned my call. I called again and no one seemed to be familiar with my “case” or had even validated that I had called the first time. They did have the part this time so I scheduled an appointment. I was told the appointment would take two hours. I scheduled it for 8am in the morning. I dropped my car off that day and graciously received a ride back to work. I was told my car would be dropped off at my place of employment upon finishing the work on my car. I specifically told them my car needed to be done and dropped off by 3:30 that day. My car was not there when I got off work. I walked around the parking lot in -13 degree weather and finally after searching and trying multiple times to get ahold of someone at Kruse I was told that my car had not been dropped off and was still at Kruse. I thankfully found a friend to drive me out to Kruse and picked up my car. I was very disappointed in the service and surprised that having my car for 8 hours, it had not been dropped off for me. I was very disappointed with my first encounter.

Took about a month for the work to get done, no updates, had to call constantly to get updates. And when I get my truck back my radio doesn’t work.

Didn't get service done. They hadnt started in the time my service was supposed to be completed so I left. Needed to get to my kid's school in 20 minutes.

Never a problem dealing with staff at Kruse Motors Stacy has worked with me through many cars and Austin was great also! Keeps me coming back be because of the service and happy atmosphere!
