Had me waiting an extra hour and a half when all I went in for was for an oil change. Need way more consideration for people’s time.
Have had two poor experiences back to back. Both scheduled services. First one sat at the dealership for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Thought the first time was a fluke deal but happened again the very next oil change. Straight oil change lasted an hour and a half. I have no choice as to take the vehicle in on a day that I have off of work because neither of us work in town so sitting at the dealership for 1.5-2 hrs for and oil change is not the way to spend a day off.
Great service with everything completed in a timely matter.
