However I got pulled over because you turned my lights off when I always have them on automatic. I recommend you turn them back to automatic on all vehicles you service as people rely on their automatic lights

Had an appointment, found nothing out for a day and a half, when talking with employees you could tell they had no idea about anything to top it all off there is a rear tailgate emblem now missing off truck, will do my best to never use a ford dealer again.
Very professional helped me out greatly while it was bring serviced. Overall I recommend him and the I think the other guy mark was his name. He took the time needed to listen to me and ask questions. Overall very good service. I recommend Josh.
