I was lead to believe it was important to have diagnostic work on my vehicle but after they looked at it, it didn’t seem they were concerned about making repairs.

Extremely long wait time. Oil change, tire rotation, and look at a noise in the front end. Spent 4 hours at the location but didn’t get an update until after 3 1/2 hours had passed.
I scheduled warranty work for my first transit work van. I told the person scheduling the appointment what the vehicle was. When I show up for my appointment, they had me down for my personal vehicle. I had to wait around for them to figure out what to do. I took the afternoon off of work to get this work done. Ended up taking over 3.5 hours before I was able to get the van, and it still needs some parts ordered. Now my windows and door locks are not working right. I have not had very good experiences here. Everyone is in a hurry and it seems as though they are to busy for anything.

I checked my oil and noticed the foam rubber covering over the motor is cracked now after auto repairs. Should you replace it or ignore it as an unnecessary fixture only cosmetic ?
