Josh needs to work on his communication with customers. Tried to sell me a new battery, when I replaced it Feb 19th 2021. Teach him to check service history on a vehicle and not to talk down to women. A dealership that is respectful to women (we do buy more vehicles than men per statistics) will see their business grow.
Aaron was fantastic. I didn’t have to deal with any pushy anything. Timeline was a little slow but I respect labor is hard to come by in the current times. He made sure his remarks were easy to understand and explained anything without prompt.

I had to wait for 4 hours to get an oil change and 4 new tires put on. I think that's a little extreme.
We waited over two hours for an oil check and evaluation on stick seat belt. Was not happy for the long wait. Our time is valuable too.

I was there at 12:45 to get my oil change that started at 1. My oil change took 2 hours. I did have my tires rotated so that took some more time but an oil change took way too long. I was happy that the person who worked the desk in the service department was very good at his job!
I was satisfied but it sure took a long time for a routine appointment.
