Adam was prepared to receive my vehicle, he was very pleasant and called me by name as soon as I walked up. He had done his homework, he knew exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although, the work didn't go as planned, he handled the situation very professionally. He went above and beyond to make my experience with the service department a pleasure.
Your service advisor Mr Adam Harrison disappointed Mr. Bass & myself so bad 10/10/2020, we came to Nissan for service and your service person said that we had no warranty period, we have bumper to bumper coverage for three years from 11/17 to 11/2020 the vehicle have less then 26,000 millerage well maintain he refused to give us an inspection sticker unless we bought a set of windshield wipers that we didn't need. Mr Harrison had list of recommendation for our vehicle that we don't need, this vehicle has 25,275 millerage on it. We were interested about the trade priority was offering for a 2021, and we were requiring about extended warranty before this will expired. This was the most unprofessional service we experienced anywhere. We need you to take a look at the scam that Mr Harrison try to apply. And we ask to speak to a manager and he replyed that he was the manager. We still want our vehicle repaired but not at the Newport News Nissan.
