Sam did a great job taking care of me. She knew I was in a time crunch, and they got my oil changed, my tires rotated, and a tire patched within two hours. I was very happy with my experience.

The initial checkin process was slow and unsatisfactory. I had to stand and wait for a designated person, who was nowhere to be found. In the meantime, you had four other associates with no customers sitting around doing nothing.Anyone of the could have check me in. In fact, after getting frustrated, I asked one of them, “Why couldn’t they help me and they checked me in!

My service provider is always so personal I only deal with her from day one I think tiger should follow her footsteps because she’s on the right track even the lady next to her is super sweet in today’s climate and everyone’s mind set these two ladies make a oil change feel like your coming home from war like open arms honest conceded about your car you and everything’s an always having the right answers
