Our service attendant Zaira **** was on her game. She greeted us very politely and friendly. She took her time and made us feel like she was there for us and our needs above anyone else’s. Something that is important to me, when she sis she was going to do something she had great follow through. Our over all experience was fantastic
Better customer service, more communication from the dealership to customers. Like an email notice about the 3.5% charge for debit/credit. Other things as well, it has been a decline over the years.
Considering it was a last minute request due to an unexpected travel plan, Zaria was able to accommodate me in booking the service and Luis was helpful as well.
