Thank you. I did notice this morning when i got in the car there were 2 little oil spots on the center console. I wiped them up but will watch in case it happens again. It was odd.

I made an appointment online 3 separate times and no one got back to me to confirm a time. I had to go into the dealership to make an appointment in person. Your system of making appointments online is inconvenient at times but last time I went in as a walk in I got turned away which I thought was unprofessional. I hope you can attend to your customers better by responding to online appointments and not turn away walk in customers. Since your online appointments are so far out at times to book one.

Whole process lacked engagement from Roman. I had to perform the most expensive repair in my vehicle and yet Roman’s attitude was one of the worst I’ve ever experience. Compared to my first experience with John, Roman was plain and dull in communicating. I honestly felt as if I was forcing myself into being acknowledged which is exactly the opposite of what every customer needs to feel. I’m truly disappointed to experience the downfall in customer service ever since John left the service department. Not one single experience has been pleasant ever since and for those reasons I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope that at least this serves as constructive criticism so that the service department can improve and provide better customer service in the future.
