I am satisfied to a point where I bring a car in I explained to the service manager or whoever is at the desk what the issue is and that's it what is the first thing he does when he goes out and looks at the car he puts his fingers in the tire tread I didn't go there to get tires I brought the car in because the 16-year-old girl has an issue with the car stalling out and not doing what it's supposed to be doing with only 14,000 miles on it when she comes to a light and has that stop and go scenario where she has to shut the car off put it in park and then start it up again now how scary is that for a 16-year-old girl that doesn't understand anything about mechanics I'm 47 years in the business and the last thing I need to see was when the guy went outside and put his finger in the tire to make a sale really in the meantime they called her in to get a airbag recall done and there was no such thing as anything to fix it that was a waste of a day now we bring the car there on issues like with the start stop system they say the car is on hold down from Audi and it takes 16 days to get the part from Germany which means to me the part is on back order now after 5 days all of a sudden the technician shows up and says I don't need the computer or the ECM and he updates the software on the one that's in the car now do I know that's the right thing to do I need answers on that one I need to know who the technician was and where did he sign off on what he did trust me I know what I'm talking about because my father was a technician for Audi Volkswagen back in the '70s out of Germany

I brought my Audi TT in to have the convertible top repaired. The problem was not diagnosed properly so I had to spend and addition $520 in labor to have it fixed a second time. I was told the repair would take a few days and it ended up being nearly a week each time. I doubt that I will ever use your dealership again to purchase or repair my car.

They did an oil change on my car. They could have topped up my gas or at least asked me if I wanted gas. I ran out of has just after the intersection of sunrise right beside your dealership after I left with an oil change and check!. I didn't even have enough gas to make it to the gas station right there by Publix a few blocks from your dealership. Really? So much for 24 point inspection! I held up traffic. Had to push my car on to the side road and gerrycan it myself because AAA was a 2 hour delay and my husband was not nearby. Sorry, a bit of courtesy or attn. could have prevented it. Not your fault, I was low on gas, but on inspecting my car, I heads-up sure would have been nice!
