I had a 10:30am appt for an oil change. I sat in the waiting area until 12:30pm. During that time the wiFi did not work. I gave Nicole a coupon for 69.95 for the oil change when I came in. When I got the final invoice it was $84.71. She told me it was for taxes and service charges. Only at Audi does a $70 coupon end up $85!
Nicole was pleasant apologetic and courteous as aI expressed my disappointment and disgust with Audi policy. I should have been told in advance of the padded cost. I love the car but won’t be back for service. It tells me something about a company that has to sneak in added costs after luring me in with a lowball price. How sad! ???? All said this was an unpleasant experience
Car has not been fixed at all.

Hello, I am not sure who Illia is. She might've been the person that answered the phone when I called service to ask a question about replacing the battery in my key fob. Our service person Robert, took care of me fantastically as usual. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. The service provided at the Fort Lauderdale Audi location is why we currently have two Audis and will probably always purchase from them and be a part of the Audi family. You all are spectacular.
