There is a TSB with repair that has been issued for one of the problems I brought my vehicle in for. I was told it is normal operation, when the issue I am having falls within the TSB and there is a fix with an improved part. I am upset that I have to defend my case and jump through hoops for warranty service of a known issue that was replicated in the service bay.
