Great job in pointing out that the inspection revealed that my Audi A4 had two tires with nails in them. I went in thinking I had an issue with only 1 tire.
Excellent advise in recommending that the two replacement tires should be locate in the front.

I am not fully clear on what was done on my car for the money spent. When I picked it up, the fault messages for the roof were not on. I drove 10 minutes to my office and parked it. When I started the car to drive home in the evening, similar fault messages were on again:”soft top not secure” and “soft top cannot be used”. Your Audi experts clearly did not know how to fix the problem but gladly took my money. This is a car that has been babied in a carport with 53,0000 miles. A car of “quality” that Audii portrays should not have issues like this!
Aylin Reyes has has been an excellent service advisor for our Audi Q5. I always request Ms Reyes when I bring our Q5 in for maintenance.
I spoke with the service manager in extent about my vehicle and how they did not do the work I asked and paid for. I was told to bring the car in yesterday morning for service to do nothing with my vehicle again.
Eric is great. Knowledgeable and never makes you wait. Wish other locations would have employees like Eric.
