I brought my car in for an oil service and it took you an entire day to complete the Service. When I returned the next day it took me over thirty minutes to retrieve my car. I’m satisfied with Carlos but was disappointed with the service department in general. He is great and tried to accommodate me. Thank you.
Ms Reyes Is wonderful. She has been my service adviser for many years. She serviced all my cars back when she worked at Pembroke Pines Audi. That’s why I came to Fort Lauderdale Audi. I would follow her where ever Audi dealership she’s employed. She’s the best. You should give her a raise. She deserves it.
I always go to Aylin. I feel that she is helpful and honest. I feel comfortable going to her every time I need to go to service
