Communication before and during the process was good and effective. They were helpful in getting our car there and keeping us informed. It was the pick up where things could have been better, We messaged saying we would be in at 2pm to pick up the car.. our rep said it would be ready and waiting .. with a complimentary top off and wash. We arrived around 2. We waited 15-20 minutes before we were told our rep wasn’t in the building. Another rep did them assist us. We paid, your cashier was incredible. From that point on we waited another 20 minutes for the car .. which was not washed. My recommendation: great start but communication could be better at pick up. Also, masks were not overly adhered to. All in all - we are pleased with the work done but feel customer service could be better. We owned a jaguar formerly and we received incredible service so we Do expect that. Hope this feedback helps.
