I avoided bringing my car in to Audi for service for quite some time based on previous bad experiences. Eric has managed to repair my impression of Audi service while also coordinating the repair on my car. He communicated throroughtly through out the entire process explaining the findings and setting expectations. No one really looks forward to taking their car in for repairs but working with an advisor like Eric makes the experience easier.

Brought car in for Oil Change and a Electronic problem. My Clock/Date and Trip Odometer periodically reset themselves to random settings. I was very specific about this when I made the service appointment. I also picked a service date that you could provide a loaner. Got to the dealership and no loaner. I agreed to leave the car and take an Uber you provided. I was told a loaner would be available later in the day if the car had to stay overnight. I was told the car was ready and you sent an Uber for me. When I got to the dealership I was told the electronic problem was not addressed due to only having one technician in the entire service department that was qualified to perform the repair. When I pressed the issue I was told 1 tech was at a wedding and 6 techs were away at school leaving only 1 experienced tech who was swamped. I then asked if the dealership was going out of business. Also, no one offered to schedule me to have the electronic problem resolved.

At any time I will highly recommend you to anyone , matter of fact everyone on my work place knows about you and when I will trade my car for another Audi , at work they will know where I got it again, i droves many brands of car including Mercedes Benz and I will definitely keep on driving Audi , i have no interest to go to somewhere else , I know I am at the right place . Carlos was rude, and arrogant! I want it to transfer my car to another Audi but I got to speak to Cristina Arguello and she was a blessing she assured me she’ll take good care of my car., she was very professional answer my questions and was very sweet. She was my Angel. My car was fixed and she followed through as she said she would. Carlos yelled at me as if I was his should not be working in customer service at all! He needs to be trained by Christina and he needs to learn manners too.

Dropped my Audi off a week ago today for service. Tire lights came on and had been filled. Knew I need new tires, alignment and possibly an oil change. Asked if I need brakes, oil change - whatever to please complete at time of visit. Unfortunately the brakes were missed and the lights came on Saturday. I’m appreciative that the team let us drop the car off, offered the dogs who were with us water, and stayed late to fix the brakes. & this should not have been missed when I specifically asked to replace anything and everything due to my 60 mile commute daily.
