They were such mean people today I will prefer go to a next place to do my service but I will call and find out Becuz I got the vehicle on federal hyway so I will have to check that out

While the service was sufficient and Jason did a good job, I was not pleased that my car wasn’t washed well and the wheels were all dirty. Yes it’s a small thing, but multiple members of the service team were in the room not assisting customers, and nobody made an effort to address it while I paid and checked out. In addition, my oil is now showing low. I’m not sure if it’s standard to check that when a cars in for service but it would have been appreciated.
Eric was of great assistance to me. RESOURCEFUL AND COURTEOUS was ERIC. THATS the reason I’ll be back.
During the last service provided for the passenger doors lock some connection to the right cabriolet flap was impacted, now I can’t open my top. It was working perfectly when I left my car for service .
Worst experience ever at an Audi dealership, Henry is without the a doubt the rudest, most unprofessional advisor I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Smug, inattentive, just seemed very uninterested in dealing with me. Needs to develop some better customer service skills pronto.
Once again, Eric Palmer and Cody the shop foreman exceeded absolutely EVERY expectation I had. The team at Audi Ft. Laud is phenomenal and I hope they are recognized as such. I will be sure to buy, recommend and service my Audi cars there!!

Jason was awesome. I brought the car in for the second time because of a central locking system malfunction. Today, after getting the car back after the third attempt to solve the problem, I was locked out of the car and locked in the car. It is still a problem. Not sure what’s going on but it doesn’t seem like this problem can be fixed. I will schedule another appointment for a fourth attempt to fix the problem.

Henry did a good job but for one thing...he did not communicate on Saturday. I was told my car would be ready at 11 am but heard nothing. I finally called at about 12:50, knowing you closed at 1, and was met with incredulity from the person who answered the phone when I inquired about my car being ready. Though this has nothing to do with Henry, I do not know why the parts were not on hand since I schedule a Friday appointment on Monday and gave details of the issues. Finally, again nothing to do with Henry, the offer on the website for pickup and delivery for service is false advertising. If you are not going to provide this service, please take it off the website and quit emailing about it.
