I don’t think I would ever return for service there. I was overcharged for just looking at the A3 and then presented with an estimate that was more than double the cost of other repair options (with genuine parts, not after market).
I feel I was penalized ($235) just for bringing my vehicle there and giving Audi the 1st shot at repairing it. And I would have had it repaired there if your prices were at all competitive
Thank you. I understand why. But I wish Audi maintenance / Service at Audi was more reasonable. Or at least coupons that actually work. Or make it easier to get and use coupons. Thank you

Compared to other service centers, Audi Service has been consistently slow- even the drop off procedure is long and drawn out since we have to wait for our assigned service tech. In this particular case we dropped our car off and received no further word on it that day. We had to call back the next day (!) to find out when or if it would be ready. Communication is lacking. Unfortunately as well, the concerns we brought the car in for still exist as they seem to be a manufacturer’s defect. Love our Audi and our sales rep and Carlos is very friendly, but compared to other service centers this one is seriously lacking.

A very pleasant man but responsive communications were deficient.
I brought my car in at 7:30 a.m. Thursday last for the a/c to be checked and detailing. I was not notified until late afternoon a part needed to be ordered another would not be received until Friday. Late Friday I was again informed the
Car wasn’t ready and would not be until Monday
.... five days no car and no offer of a loaner.
Monday I called to affirm the car would be ready
atl 5:30, left messages, no return call. I arrived at 5:30 Carlos was at his desk and
Told me the car was just finished - why all day on Friday and again Monday no call to update me?
I was also surprised to be asked for id for my $200 check for a $60,000 car I bought at this dealership.
Audi would be well served to model customer service After JM Lexus where we have always received a loaner even for a day and phone calls are promptly answered - on the rare occasion our rep had not proactively called us first.
Appointment was not honored, services requested were not completed, record of service was not retained
I have always been happy with my service at Audi Ftlaud for the past 4 plus years I have owned an Audi.
He, as always, was very accommodating. They were slammed but he tiook good care of me.
I think the price on the tire I purchased was way too high. I’ve since purchased tires for the other three for almost half the price. Very disappointed in that.
