Went for an oil change and was never inform of the extra shop fees. Also I specifically told the service advisor not to wash the car, not once but twice. The car ended up washed. Very disappointed at the level of service. Even the service manager show any interest in the situation. I had great experiences before with this dealer unfortunately I don’t think I will be going back.

Overall everything was great the day I picked up my car y’all open late. And I had asked to make sure that my clock and calendar was adjusted they didn’t do it but Jason took care of it very quickly and I was on my way
