I was very satisfied with Eric's professionalism
I dropped the car on Friday morning. Nobody called me with status. I called for an update, was told I would be called back. Nobody called back. Same on Saturday. I called Monday morning and was told car had not been serviced and would not be before Tuesday. So, I picked it up. I will never return to Audi Fort Lauderdale.
Eric is always ready for me and keeps me informed throughout the whole process. I will always take my vehicle to him.
The car cleaning could be a bit better.
Robert was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and facilitated my order for accessories. A very pleasant experience!

Unreliable service was not pleasant, did not really come at my request and the service manager was not accurate. I was there for two hours just to change a wheel that took them ten minutes I asked that I should go back to work. Unfortunately the service manager and his assistants sat down and did nothing to help me with the matter. They claimed everyone was on break. I asked why you did not update me before? It seems to me that they are not nice and all my comment is they laughed something I did not feel good about it. Very very disappointed ****-****-xxxx I would love to talk to the person in charge because I intend to spread this immediately
