I went to get starter. Then car wasn’t working properly driving felt like tires were going to fall off. Brought it back the changed some other part then my back camera doesn’t work. Went back to fix that then they tell me I need to fix some wires in the front of the bumper. Do you have mechanics practicing on cars. They fix something and brake something else? I took car to a different Audi shop to fix camera and now they say trunk doesn’t work. What the hell are you people doing?
I’m getting attorney to sue Audi.
A different lady helped me (nicole?) and she was terrific!!
My headlamps came in, she called and got me right in. Completed in half-a-day. Perfect!
First time I’m satisfied with the service at your dealership with Robert. The previous encounter with the other service people are less than satisfactory. Robert was respectful and willing to assist you with you concern or need. He walks you to your vehicle and explain what was done. He is brief but pleasant and to the point. Others just tell you your vehicle is done and point to where you car is.

Great service and quick resolution
I was told the vehicle would be washed when the service was completed. When I received the car it was not washed. There was plastic on the drivers seat and a paper mat on the drivers side.
Robert was very helpful with the service and taking care of the ant problem.
It was not an easy situation, but the car feels brand new and will be a joy to
drive again!

Service & staff were fine. Problem is either the computer dash “need service”) display was not cleared or the proper amount of oil was short. Add 1qt of oil display comes on when I stare the car in the .morning. Plan to have the problem corrected tomorrow or Monday.
Eric was professional at all times. I was kept informed about my vehicle and the necessary repairs.
