I wasn't provided with a loaner and got free lyft ride, but both cars were late and dirty. I understand this is not in Audi's control but for the price I am paying I would have expected a higher category of the ride share. Also my car from as not even washed, which I thought was complementary. Finally when I came to collect my car after paying my bill, I was just given the key and told to go find my car in the parking (for other customers their car was brought to them)
