This is not the name of the person that we were dealing with directly. It could will be someone who was an important contributor, we don’t know for sure. What we do know is that David Farnham took responsibility for communicating with us, and we were beyond satisfied with the process and the outcome. Ours was an unusual experience, and Mr. Farnham, in our opinion, saved the day. We came away from it still a big Audi fan!

Lyft ride was screwed up..... first driver failed to show up at the car dealership to take me to work. Second driver was somehow believing that the pick up location where is the Rolls-Royce dealership on sunrise Boulevard. It took him almost a half hour to get to the Audi dealership despite the fact that I called him and told him that he was waiting at the wrong place. I’m almost certain it was not Robert Trammell’s fault as he gave the correct pick up address. I don’t understand how the Lyft driver could have it so wrong. Even win the second driver did pick me up, he missed the Audi dealership and I had to walk next-door in order to get into the car. I don’t understand what the problem is or was. I have never had such a problem using Uber.

Still have unresolved issues. Car continues to run rough when cold with lurching and hesitation. Steering wheel still not straight after realignment and digital clock problem did not have a fix available.
Thank you - I appreciate Nicole’s service along with the gentleman mechanic who did the actual work on my car. I also appreciate keeping the cost of the service within a reasonable amount.
