No issues with the service advisor’s communications or so far, the quality of the work; only drove the car 3 miles home. However, the cost to fix the issue was exorbitant. Approx. $2,200 to fix a side view mirror not unfolding is ridiculous. I don’t know the exact part, but assuming it was the motor to rotate the mirror body at $800 is unbelievable. You guys do nice work, but the bottom line is $285/hr, for car repairs is something I cannot justify so I don’t know that I will be coming back.
I am very happy to be back with Audi. Eric Palmer is a true professional and the quality of his customer service is excellent. It is a sincere pleasure to deal with and individual who truly cares about providing total customer satisfaction.
Very helpful. Brought it in unknowingly having a nail in my tire and he had it ready by 9am.

Nicole Joyner was by far the best service manager I’ve had at Audi. She greeted me upon arrival, was professional and kept me up to date by text. Excellent employee.
