The car indicates on the panel that was urgent to change the oil and nobody did that, more when a leased the car I include all the warranties that the Audi factory don’t cover, including brakes, I paid more than 2 years of leasing and when I need use the warrant it was denied under poor arguments, I believe it’s a shame for the customers that choose Audi as a preferred car brand in the middle of many others, I understand that this is an issue that must be solved by a manger but nobody calls us and I decide to solve this by my own, I out a video on YouTube alerting new customers and more, if anybody asks me if I’m ok with my Audi I’ll explain everything laughing

Our family just moved to the area from Texas and are used to a much higher level of service. We were charged $40 for a tire rotation (which we normally don’t pay because we are great clients of Audi! Then someone called asking if we wanted to “upgrade” our car! I’ve worked in the luxury retail industry for 24 years and I pride myself on giving the highest level of service. I was insulted by being asked to pay for a $40 tire rotation and then asked if I would purchase a $85,000 vehicle from you. Fort Lauderdale Audi did not earn our business once our leases are up. We will have cars shipped to us from Texas before purchasing from them from Fort Lauderdale Audi.

Everything was perfect but you should try and make sure your customers have a loaner when they come for service. Its inconvenience for someone to take a LYFT or find transportation for 1hr/1hr 1/2 service.
Customer experience was outstanding. That’s mostly due to Nicole Joyner who was professional, accommodating and very friendly at the same time. She knew her product and was excellent in every way. If I lived in Fort Lauderdale area I would want to come back for service because of her.
$300 labor charge to change a battery is ridiculous. I will only be coming back for warranty issues from now on.
