I was told the repair should be covered under my warranty. If it wasn’t I would receive a call to discuss. At the end before closing I received a call my car was ready. The repair was not covered but the work was completed anyway

I was told my car would be ready 4/28. The repairs were dragged through the week and I was texted on Friday telling me my car was ready. On my way to pick up the car after work I was told it wasn’t ready and it was a false alarm. Since then I had an automated message telling me my car was ready 5/1 and proceeded to drive over to find out it still isn’t ready. A lot of over promising and under delivering.

I paid to have my spark plugs changed but there’s no screws to secure that part of my car. Eric, himself, i absolutely wonderful but i would appreciate some screws.
