Robert’s customer care was the absolute best!
$709.63 is outrageous for a battery. $433.50 to install a battery is ridiculous. Prices like this will make it difficult when choosing my next auto mobile. That is disappointing.

I have had my car in for the same issue 3 times. The service team has failed to recognize the issue. The care does not lock or unlock properly.

Herald was awesome! But I was put through the ringer with another associate and due to an error my car repair took a lot longer than I believe it could have taken if details were handled more carefully. Nothing against Herald - again he went above and beyond.
Robert was exceptionally professional and friendly, making sure that I was properly informed with regard to the specific service that was due for my vehicle. He gave me a very accurate estimate both on the time it would take to do the service as well as what the total cost would be. The whole experience was extremely satisfying and I would highly recommend the service department to anyone.
