When I picked up my car, I was handed my keys to find my car. I am used to have someone bring the car to me, so I don’t have to find it parked on the side by the service area.

I dropped the car off at 815 am and was told 3 hours and that I would be called when car ready. I never received any call. I attempted to call the service dept 5 times between 1120am and 1245 pm. Calls were Never answered. I went at 105 and was told They were closed and nothing could be done. I desperately needed my car and luckily someone was still there who located my car and got it to me. If he wasn’t there I would have had to cancel my trip to take my daughter to school. Awful communication.

Harold was great to work with. Excellent communicator kept us abreast all the way through process. Then Henry the manager took over at the end and same with Henry very professional and saw through at the end of process extremely well. I picked up the Q5 just before closing Harold and Henry were not there. The rep who took payment and gave me paperwork handed me the keys after I signed and said car is parked outside. Parking lot was full so I asked him where it might be he said you have key point this way and press. That was it. I looked at windshield outside and inside. Still had glass fragments inside. Windshield not properly cleaned. But I was anxious to get car and get home 5 hour drive and who do I speak to at that point. When I got back to where we were staying I had a chance to survey the car. There was a glob of black glue or something like it on the hood of the car that was not present before the service. I tried to remove it but it did not come off all the way and I got concerned I would compromise the clear coat and finish. The next morning I called Harold a d told him what I had found. He said to bring the car in and they would look at it. I told him I had left for home at 6:30 am to get back home before storm hit and concerned about virus upsurge in Broward County. He said just take the car to a detailed they will know what to do. So now I have more cost. I would think that a trained eye would have picked this up by the dealership and someone at least should have come with me to the car to inspect the car so we are both satisfied. Lesson learned on my part can’t rely on everyone 100% through to the end. I might be wrong but I think the material on the hood was used to seal the windshield but I do not know that and Harold was going to ask the mechanic, but have not heard back yet today. Only criticism would be not a good final inspection, hand off process, and follow up on customer asking question what can I do to get this material safely off the car. That’s just my humble advice. Now that I have submitted this survey will I hear back with any other advice. Thank you.

My service advisor and the work done was fine. I have a problem with two issues. First I find it “sleazy” tha Audi slides a $12.90 “shop charge for repair order” into the bill. You are a service repair center! My regular mechanic has never tried to bill me for that. Second I find it outrageous that I can’t reset the “service due “ screen in my Audi and that it has to come into your service to be cleared with a computer. The more I feel you are trying to trap us into coming back to your service center the ore I will resist coming there. I have a mechanic that is close by my home and o trust very much to work on my vehicle. So chances that I come back to Audi are very slim. I will also keep this in mind the next time I spend 60k on my new car.
