Everything was fine, just went in for oil & filter change, except you did not check fluid levels. Windshield wiper fluid light was on when I went in and it is still on. Staff was great.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Larry Carroll. I had about three questions that Discovery never answered and Larry was able to get answered and my service in an hour. It was very difficult to speak with someone in the Boone dealership was transferred 3 or 4 times to someone in another dealership very very confusing. I guess everyone is used to dealing with our local People it was very nice to see Larry that I knew

No masks for employees inside- all were pulled down around the chin. I didn't feel comfortable waiting inside at all. The technician who drove car out didn't have a mask at all either. Doesn't seem anyone is taking COVID seriously here, other than a couple of the sales folks out front. I don't want to be contacted to discuss this, I will just seek service elsewhere until COVID is under better control. I'm immunocompromised and can't risk being in an environment like that again.
