You’re communication and phone system to have someone available is completely useless. Your automatic messages are very delayed and not correct. Call and talk to your customers vs. using automatic texts.

Was lied to twice and the service tech didnt realize that while he was telling me one thing, I was on the phone with the company that has my service contract.

The service visit took way too long. I called about an oil change to see if they had time. He indicated he had time right then. Visit took nearly 3 hours for an oil change. Needed to set appointment
Just honest sorry none know how to do anything ecpeccially the tech Austin tester my hub cap is broke and missing a lug nut after having the brakes done
