We were extremely happy with the service and Aiden was very good ???? We were thankful that they were able to work on our vehicle so quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return if we ever have any service needs. 5 stars!!!
My wife’s oil change took over 2 hours to complete. She was told an hour to an hour and a half. Over 2 hours is WAY too long for an oil change.
Good work, but I spent over 2 hours waiting on the works oil change was a little bit excessive with an appointment.

Initially, there were some problems with the completion of a tire rotation, but Nick was quick to have the situation taken care of.
We are still having some issues with the front end. We are planning on getting it into the shop to figure out what is going on. And we are working with Tony about this.

The tech that worked on my truck was very good about telling me what he did.
I don't think the tires were all balanced or installed correctly as there is a vibration or wobble that can be felt as I approach 70+ mph

I requested pure synthetic oil on my first service visit. A blend was put in my car instead. I was promised a call as to what you were going to do about it. That never happened. I called you 3 days later. I was told to bring my car back in and you would change the oil. That happened and I was not charged for the additional price in oil. I am now satisfied.
I asked to also check my brakes but did not receive anything g about them. I also asked to h a ve my tires inflated to 32 and they were inflated to 35.
