Always great to work with him. Quick, responsive, honest, and accurate. This is the first time I consistently bring a vehicle to a dealership because of this experience.
Curtis did an excellent job keeping us informed regarding our vehicle. The receptionist at the service window however, did not provide a good customer experience. She acted as though we were an inconvenience and simply stated, "I don't have your paperwork." No effort to find it call anyone etc. I stated that we were called to pick up our vehicle. She merely shrugged. The lady seated behind her had to tell her to call and find out what was going on. Not exactly a positive customer experience.
Curtis was courteous and helpful. Service was performed as promised.
