The service rep did his job. But Ford is a big let down with how they are handing this whole transmission issue in those Focus cars and that dual clutch junk. I used to be a Ford man. Now I won't touch another one. It's going to be a Honda or Toyota from know on.

Customer treatment was excellent however the technicians were unable to diagnose the irritating squeaking sound coming from their rear suspension this is after bringing my car in twice and replacing shocks as per initial diagnosis.

My XM radio still will not work after being worked on 4 different times this year. I can't believe the Ford Motor Company can not fix a XM receiver in a vehicle they built only 3 years ago. Maybe they should hook up with NASA to help accomplish this.
