I scheduled an appointment It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation. I would have dropped off the truck if I knew it took this long.

What I wanted was to trust that I would leave the service department with gray confidence of placing my car back on the road. However, i was able to catch the attention of many of the staffers, of my desire to receive the type of service that left a customer satisfied that the problem was addressed by the knowledgeable service person. I look forward to developing a great relationship with Curtis and his staff members.
