Went in for oil change and they didn’t give my coupon discount, didn’t reset my oil life settings and turned my side mirrors automatically opening off and set them to close. Made me walk to the back of the parking lot to get my car and left the maintenance signage hanging in the window.

The past 2 visits have encouraged me to look elsewhere for my truck service. Between poor quality of work on my truck, overpriced service and especially diagnostics, to your service representatives not listening nor seemingly caring about quality service, I will just look elsewhere for now.
