I appreciate Derek taking care of my concerns finally. Although it was not my requested outcome, I’m glad to be done dealing with Bob Thomas North. Terrible experience buying a car that we ended up trading after only owning for 14 months. Many issues with the vehicle but this has nothing to do with Derek.
