Well they have not fix the problem I very upset with Ford paid a lot of money for a truck that dose not work right

Service was awesome and a convenience. A few notes to think about in the future: scheduled times for the car to be expected to be completed. While I knew the car was expected at a specific time for pickup, I was unsure what time to expect it to be finished. For example 9-12 or 12-3. Also a curtesy vehicle would be helpful if it’s needed or necessary by the customer. The driver that comes to pick the customers vehicle could drive the curtesy car. Other than that, I think it was executed nicely and was a wonderful service. Thank you!

Tom is always so calm and pleasant. He always goes the extra steps to make sure I understand what the scope of work is and the cost. If there are things that need explaining about my car, I always leave understanding what he is saying. Asked for an oil change and tire rotation but only got the oil change. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for that and couldn’t wait any longer to complain about no tire rotation.
Tom did a great job handling my needs and issues. Grade “A” service !
Tim, the body shop Mgr does a great job of making sure all the details get done well and quickly.
He did not tell me anything about my biggest urgent problem. I have badly dry rotted tires. Needed replacing ASAP. It was only written on the second page at the bottom. Thank god I was reading over everything which I don’t always do.
Tom did a great job getting my care in and out. He communicated the issue and recommended a few services that were due for the mileage without any pressure sales. Great job overall
