While I appreciate tech putting floor cover sheet on the floor in front of drivers seat, I would also appreciate it even more if it were removed when you’re finished, so I don’t have to do that. Thanks!

There was confusion when I picked the vehicle up. No one could find the corresponding checkout ticket. This was rework of previously paid work. I was unsure if there was additional work. Checkou girl had to dig and had no details, seemed afraid of asking the service mNager michelle? Who was chi chatting. I had to wait about 15 minutes for chit chat to discontinue with other customers before I discovered there was no charge and I waited 15 minutes for nothing.i appreciate the service and understand it can't be 100% fix evertime for a good price. Seems good this time, just work out these checkout bugs. That's what can be done better. Thank you. I will be back.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The car service I requested was not completed. To make things worse, I was charged for the unnecessary oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. Despite the error, the blame was placed on me rather than being acknowledged. I am disappointed with the treatment I received, as there was no need for patronizing and condescending behavior. I would greatly appreciate a more professional attitude and service in the future. Thank you!
No accountability no consistency no communication no verification of the process and then would not take my vehicle in on trade very disappointed will share my experience with others
