Tom goes that extra mile for his customers. I really appreciate that he took extra time to explain what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Very happy.
Trying to schedule on your website is frustrating. Filled out my name, VIN, and what I need. It gave me a number to call. Guy answers and says, “this is sales. You need service.” I think he tried to transfer me but hung up. I call service. Get Gina. Have to start over with my name, VIN, service I need. Gina was very friendly and competent. So was Michelle at the location. However, the last two times I’ve attempted to use the website to schedule service it got me nowhere.

Like most companies in America, you need more help or employees. I know you know this.
After dropping my truck off and I was for an oil change and I was second inline and to come back after 45 minutes and see that the service hadn’t started was disappointing. I thought getting there at 11:00 that this work would a quick in and out process of under an hour during my lunch break, but it took 90 minutes.
I am not trying to be disrespectful, there may be other reasons why that t took so long…

I was disappointed in a $200+ charge on replacing taillight assemblies, replacing parts that didn’t require replacement. Yes, taillight assemblies were in need of replacement but the bulbs were still good as were the wiring assemblies.
I thought it was considerate of you to reattach the inside of my outside mirror on my driver's side. You also let me know it may not stay, which could result in it falling off again. In which case, you told me it may have to be replaced at a cost of several hundred dollars. It would appear that a side mirror falling out would be fault of Ford.I I would not need the outside part just the mirror. If that is the case, I would seek other options to have it repaired
