My truck was gone for around 35 days. Not waiting on parts or anything. Was told it would be brought in 12/26/2023. Wasn’t wheeled into the shop until 1/15/2024. Drove truck back to terminal today and transmission seemed to work properly now. Happy with that so far.

Tom always keeps me informed of the work on my vehicle, and the repair cost was much lower than I had expected. It was DONE much sooner than expected, as well. Great team there, they always provide excellent service and are very courteous.
Was told twice someone would call me back. Never got that call. Horrible “service” if you could even call it that since no work was done to my car and no one called me back.
