Problem still persits but will schedule an appointment to get it looked at. Joe and the technician were great. They just need more time than was allotted to find the problem. However they got me back on the road and I was able to get my daughter to Chicago for her surgery. Will probably schedule an appointment next week

Bottom pan was not attached after oil change. Fell off on highway and had to return to dealership, not going over 20 mph. No compensation offered just said they were sorry for the inconvenience.
