Everything from setting up the appointment on the prior day, checking in, explaining what I wanted done, wait time, and recommendations regarding additional needed repair — everything — great! Regarding the additional repair needed, I called my insurance company when I got back home and the car (which has been in an accident last year) still had an unused “open” claim. The car is now at your body shop and will get fixed. I appreciate everything you did today!!! Thank you!!!

Overall, I appreciated the friendliness and kindness of those who helped me. The only thing I was frustrated with was the time it took to get the oil change/tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and my car was not finished until 12:15 pm. While I enjoyed my time reading in the waiting room, I would've liked a more prompt service time since I was waiting. Thank you!
